Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping options and delivery times

We ship from our fulfillment partner to 57 countries, with the United States as our main market. Times below are counted from dispatch, in business days.

United States: Standard 7–15 days · Expedited 5–10 days
United Kingdom: Standard 6–10 days · Expedited 4–6 days
Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain: Standard 6–15 days · Expedited 3–8 days
Canada: Standard 6–9 days
Rest of Europe: Standard 6–15 days
Asia-Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, China): Standard 2–15 days
Middle East (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar): Standard 6–15 days
Mexico and Brazil: Standard 8–35 days
South Africa and Uzbekistan: Standard 6–18 days
Vietnam: Standard 10–25 days
Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Greenland: Standard 15–45 days

If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't ship there yet. These are estimates. Delivery can sometimes take longer during peak seasons, holidays or customs checks.

Shipping costs

Shipping is paid by the customer. The cost depends on your destination, the shipping speed you choose and the total weight of your order, and it's shown at checkout before you pay. Every order ships with tracking.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Each one will have its own tracking.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, depending on your country's rules.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email cenglobalelite@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate. We'll send a replacement or refund if the package is lost.
